


Anchoring The Breath Meditation
The basis for all breath work in Taoism is deep abdominal breathing so the JING can be stimulated, even in everyday life the breath should be naturally anchored very low.
Unfortunately, due to multitasking and overstimulation, fast paced lives, modern women shallow breathe and therefore their nervous systems are constantly engaged.
This meditation journey experience through the body will support you to experience a sinking of the chi, an anchoring of the mind allowing you to experience a deep state of relaxation, for when they mind and breath is too high the higher strung the nervous system is.
